We anticipate Fauna Vista to be a development of around 60 dwellings; two, three and four bedroom homes and one and two bedroom apartments. We are also looking at some ‘Zero Carbon’ dwellings within the scheme. The specification will be to Oval’s usual high standard, including kitchens with integrated appliances, bathrooms with fitted furniture as well as other features such as burglar alarms.
