Land is our most important raw material, but unlike many developers Oval firmly believes that its developments should fit in, not stand out. Therefore we painstakingly work with local planners and architects to create developments that are true to the vernacular style that have evolved in different areas throughout the centuries.

We are particularly interested in “brown field” sites, where derelict or disused land can be sympathetically transformed into a new, living environment.
