At Oval Homes we like to think that we are different to the vast majority of developers, particularly those from out of the area.

Starting with our "raw material", land. we always try to find locations in which people will want to live; somewhere where we can create a unique environment that fits in with its surroundings.

Due to Oval's policy of primarily developing "brown field" sites (previously developed land) we find that our developments actually enhance the character of an area by creating traditionally styled homes that sit discreetly within their surroundings.Through the use of natural materials like stone, clay bricks and roof tiles, Oval has created both new-build and sympathetically renovated homes in and around the Norton and Radstock localities that blend perfectly with the historic white lias (natural stone) buildings in the area. One of our primary objectives is building homes that compliment the architecture that has evolved in the region over the last few centuries.

The inside story is a different matter, as we aim to create a specification that meets the needs of modern day living, including security features such as locking UPVC double (or sometimes triple) glazed windows, 5 point locking door systems together with burglar alarm systems on all Oval homes.
